     Reflexology is a safe, non-invasive gentle therapy suitable for babies from birth. 

 

      Baby Reflexology benefits include

     Finding a bit of 'me time' with a small baby is hard, so I also offer a combined mum and baby        treatment session too. Reflexology is also a great treatment for a new mum, it can help you            with your hormones and the quality of sleep that you are getting.

     For babies to under 5’s the treatment will last around 20 minutes

​

     For combined mum and baby treatment the session will last about an hour and 10 minutes
